Orb of Perception is a piece of equipment in Torment: Tides of Numenera.

A perfectly spherical orb, half a fist in diameter. It looks and feels to be made of dark green, transparent glass though you cannot see through it. It catches all manner of light in its center, and peering into it gives one the sense of abstract wisdom. Touching the orb to your temple will alter your perception of reality forever.
