Qianne is a character in Torment: Tides of Numenera.
Background
A woman, barefoot and in rags, stands defensively beside her tent. Despite her obvious poverty, she crosses her arms and holds her chin high. She is the victim of a pair of degenerates operating out of Little Nihiliesh, who keep fleecing her for protection. Qianne is an innkeeper, providing a safe place to sleep and some entertainment to those who need it. She hails from Stirthal, one of the largest cities in the Steadfast, on the edge of the Voil Chasm. She arrived in the Bloom after the Catena she was onboard of crashed and tunneled through the Bloom.
