As you step onto what looks like the back of the enormous construct, four strangers approach you. In the lead is a wiry man with parallel scars running from cheek to collarbone on the left side of his face. He gives you a welcoming smile, pulling on gray gloves embedded with pulsing lights.
Fallen to Earth: Qorro is the first real obstacle you encounter, looking for the star that fell from the skies. Right now, it's you. See the Reef article for more details.
If you bluff your way past him, he will later appear at the Order of Truth, chewed out by Salimeri. You can grant him a second chance by telling Salimeri to let him go to the Anechoic Lazaret and gain entry. You will be able to learn that Lan Uring is actually a Memovira spy, if you agree to tell Salimeri that he helped in the job.
