Skaydi is a character in Torment: Tides of Numenera.

Background[ | ]

A pale, heavyset merchant woman stands by an agitated aneen. Her eyes seem to have trouble focusing on you, and when they do, she drops them, her hands nervously adjusting the scarf around her neck. She wrenches her eyes away from her aneen, closes them tightly, and begins to shake her head rapidly back and forth, muttering incoherently. Her whispers sound more like buzzing and hissing than words.

Interactions[ | ]

	This character is a merchant.	Sells: Supplies, weapons and other gear. Unique offerings include the Needler, cyphers and two bonded items.
	This character has other interactions.	Using Speed (Quick Fingers) or Intellect (Persuasion), you can peek under her scarf. Doing so precludes you from trading with her, however. That is until you don't interact with her aneen at which point you can try to help her. Setting her free from the influence of the Bloom through Intellect (Persuasion) will grant you a 15% discount on her goods. Otherwise make her surrender to it, which will require Intellect (Intimidation or Deception) and doesn't grant a discount. After this you will be able to trade with her again.
