The Fifth Eye is a location in Torment: Tides of Numenera.
Background
The local watering hole, The Fifth Eye is home to all sorts of interesting characters from all over Sagus Cliffs. Its unique feature is that the old pumping station is shielded against psychic interference, allowing psychics to congregate without the city and its people screaming into their ears all the time.
Points of interest
The tavern is a simple chamber, bisected by a walkway leading from the entrance to the bar.
